Garlic Lemon Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3-4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 lb uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
- 1 lb pasta, cooked
PREPARATION
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute shrimp 3 minutes. Add garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; cook and stir until shrimp turns pink. Stir in fresh parsley.
Combine with pasta and serve.
