Peony Joker, Large Roots, 3-5 eye
Very rare, fully double fragrant flower, APS Gold Medal, which it received in 2021. Highly regarded by peony enthusiasts that encounter it, Joker is an excellent landscape variety with a shorter stature and great plant habit that holds its flowers upright without a need for staking. The real magic and notable feature of this variety is in its color progression –Jokers striking blooms start as a vibrant magenta color that slowly fades to a light pink with pink picotee along the petal margin.
